Our cheeses taste amazing on their own, but are also great for cooking!

Here's a recipe for a buttermilk dressing featuring our limited-release Curried Fromage Blanc soft cheese.

Suggested use for the dressing: Drizzle over za’atar/panko encrusted chicken cutlet on flat bread with the Curried Fromage blanc dressing.

Top with tomatoes, olives, lettuce and any other veggies you desire. 

*Vegetarians could substitute falafel for the protein instead of chicken.

 Dressing: 1 oz curried to 1 Tbsp grapeseed oil and 2 Tbsp buttermilk.

Fromage Blanc Curry Blend
Oaktown Persian Curry Lime
  Hand-mixed from: black pepper, turmeric, Omani black lemon, shallots, coriander, mustard powder, fenugreek seed, cumin, ginger, fenugreek leaf, cinnamon, kashmiri chile, cardamom and cloves
Za'atar
  Hand-mixed from: sumac, toasted sesame seeds, thyme, sea salt, oregano, savory, marjoram and ajwain seed
