Stepladder Ranch & Creamery is conveniently located just fifteen minutes from downtown Cambria, just off scenic Highway 1, just south of Big Sur. This property offers a serene getaway on our 750-acre ranch and avocado farm with hiking trails, spectacular mountain views and accommodations for up to twenty-four guests.
Booking your event at Stepladder includes various sites for all aspects of your special day including an outdoor ceremony site with ocean views, an indoor renovated Quonset Hut, and a picturesque outdoor gathering area. The venue includes accommodations for two nights so you can soak up the intimate ranch setting with those closest to you for your weekend of celebrations.
Due to our rural location and the logistics of our property, our max capacity for events is 100 guests. We do not offer an all-inclusive package price, so the venue pricing outlined below does not include the required cost of shuttles, vendors, catering or any rentals (tables/chairs) for your event.
Our Stepladder Ranch Package Pricing is $7500 + $1000 refundable damage deposit. Package Pricing INCLUDES 2 nights accommodations for up to 24 guests (Friday 3pm check-in through Sunday 11am check-out) in the Vista and Big House - each additional night is only $1000/night for both homes!
Includes indoor renovated Quonset Hut for reception, outdoor ceremony site with ocean views and three portable toilets with lights and sinks, delivered on the day of your event at the ceremony site and reception area. All outside rentals will be contracted by the couple and we have a great list of recommended local vendors!
