Assorted Cheese Knives (Set of 4)

Here's a breakdown of each style of knife featured in the set (from top to bottom in photo):

1 Narrow Plane Knife (top) - his style of knife is made for cutting cheese as well as chipping away at a larger wedge or block of cheese. 

2: Cheese Fork - This isn't technically a knife, but is a great tool for cheeseboard snacking. You can use the fork to pick up pieces of cheese and other goodies for plating. It can also be used to break up large pieces of cheese into smaller pieces. 

3: Parmesan Knife - This knife style features a pointed (and sharp) tip used to help break off or slice harder types of cheese such as Parmesan or our Cabrillo. 

4 Flat Cheese Knife (bottom) - Cut slices or pieces off cheese wedges easily with the flat surface of this knife.
