Cambria Clothbound Cow Cheddar

Cambria Clothbound Cow Cheddar is a limited release only available every couple of years. It's made with local cow's milk in the traditional cheddar style and aged for 12+ months in our creamery. 

Cow Cheddar is only available in ~8oz. sizes, very limited supply so stock up while it last!
