A Few Things To Know
In order to provide an amazing experience for you and your clients/employees, we need prep time to fulfill and customize orders. We require 2 weeks lead time to ensure we have the proper inventory, custom materials and anything else ready for your order.
We ship all online orders on Mondays and use UPS 1-2 day ground shipping or 2-day air shipping for out of ground-shipping areas. Please let us know in advance if your event or virtual tasting is on a specific day so we can adjust shipping to meet deadlines. We also like to ship in advance in case of delays or re-ships.
