Quarterly Cheese Club
The only way to get access to our special Cheese Club Exclusives!
Every 3 months, you'll receive 3-4 of our unique farmstead goat and cow milk cheeses (1.5 lbs. in each delivery), along with corresponding tasting notes and a recipe from our very own cheesemaker, Robin.
As part of your shipment, Cheese Club members receive a limited edition cheese you can’t get anywhere else! Past examples include 12 ounce triple crèmes with fresh truffle shaved on top, clothbound goat cheddar, cherry smoked jack, and more! These are our most exclusive cheeses from our caves. Ryan, Robin, and their crew love coming up with new and unique offerings.
Cheese Club shipments deliver quarterly on the second week of the following months: November, February, May, and August. Your shipments will begin on the next shipment date and you'll receive a total of four deliveries/year, billed annually and automatically renewed upon agreed terms. No refunds before the end of a cycle of 4, transfers OK. Please note for out of Free Shipping Region customers, all 4 shipments are charged at once, hence the higher shipping fee.
Where We Ship
We currently offer free shipping on orders over $65 to the following states via UPS 1-2 day shipping: Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. We have the ability to ship throughout the United States, but an added UPS shipping rate is required. Stay tuned for more delivery locations in the future. We do not ship outside of the United States.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes under UPS restrictions. Please include a different mailing address for shipping. If you include a P.O. box address we will have to hold your shipment until we can get a different address.
Weekly Shipping Schedule
All orders ship on Mondays. The order cut off is Sunday night at 12:59 a.m. If you have an urgent shipping request or question, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Federal holidays are recognized and can effect UPS shipping schedules. We follow the official UPS holiday shipping schedule. If any of the following holidays fall on a Monday, then shipping will commence on Tuesday - New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Order Cancellation + Refund + Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If you received an expired or damaged product, please email our team with photos within 5 business days of the delivery date or date of purchase from a farmer's market/retailer.
Please note, the best-by date provided on our products is for unopened/sealed products. Products that have been opened will have a shorter shelf life than the best-by date. We highly recommend consuming our products within one week (especially soft cheeses and triple crèmes) upon opening for freshness and less likely for mold or products to spoil.
All online orders ship Mondays. Online orders can be cancelled for a full refund by Monday at 8am PST. We begin our shipping process at 9am PST and can’t process refunds after the shipping process has begun.
It is our customer's responsibility to double-check shipping and billing addresses added to online orders. Orders shipped with incorrect addresses are not eligible for reshipment or refunds. Please double check you input the correct shipping and billing addresses for orders.
Email addresses added to online orders will receive shipping/tracking emails from us when the label is created; when the shipment is out for delivery and finally when the shipment has been delivered. If the order is a gift, we highly recommend letting the intended know to expect a delivery on the delivery date. If someone isn’t home to receive the shipment/sitting outside for several hours, we are unable to send a new shipment.

Refrigerate Cheese Upon Arrival
As a friendly reminder, cheese is perishable. We do our best to pack each shipment with care and amble ice packs, but please try to refrigerate your cheese as soon as your shipment is delivered. Cheese should be stored in a standard refrigerator or alternative cool storage. Cheese can be served at room temperature for optimum flavor and texture, but then put back in the fridge for storage.
Heat Advisory (Summer Months)
During the summer months, extremely hot temperatures are causing delays in shipping and issues with our products, something we are unable to control. Here are recommendations for hot zone shipping when ordering our cheese online.
Option 1: Order your cheese online but ask us to hold shipping until these temps cool down a bit. Just remember that some cheeses like Chevre, Big Sur and Rocky Butte are seasonal and won't be available if put on hold past their season.
Option 2: Although we offer free ground shipping with UPS on orders over $65 in CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, UT and ID, we suggest paying for overnight/air shipping to ensure the quality of your order. We understand it's expensive, but we are not able to fully guarantee your order won't arrive melty with the normal 2-3 day ground shipping in these high heats.
